Breakdown Cover Aug 2021

Post by JF117 » Fri Aug 06, 2021 3:58 pm

Thought I would share a quick one on Breakdown Cover:

Got pretty good personal comprehensive breakdown cover from AA there this afternoon for 147£ for myself and my partner.

1. Roadside
2. At Home
3. National Recovery
4. Onward Travel

RAC & AA are in the middle of a flash-sale battle it seems so feel free to haggle, I did and that's what I got.

Perfect for me cause I'm in N.Ire, it covers ROI too as well as the UK.

Nice to know the Bongo has the backup!

AutoAid for the UK (can get EU cover too I think) and vehicles 16yrs plus is circa £70pa, not car specific so for multiple vehicles is cheap and convenient. Premium has risen of late, I have used the recovery twice (not for the Bongo although that is covered too) and both times have been great, taking my car/s to a specialist many miles away from my home to be sorted.
