Hoping i can load pics for show.
Air Con Tensioner pulley seems to not rotate
Can i ask the experts if its complete??
Feel like its missing a part
Belt was disconnected so just looking to get it running as it should

I presume you have the 90 deg mounting /adjusting bolt that goes through the middle.
It should rotate via the bearing mounted in the centre of the pulley, these are known to sieze, these are getting harder to source now so either bongo spares or replace the centre bearing in the pulley.

Yes it is the 90 degree.
Have managed to source a replacement which is on its way !! Plenty to do in the meantime !!

The pulley was fitted wrong way round
And the belt was missing
