Part ID please

Post by bongolow » Mon Jul 13, 2020 10:50 pm

Anyone recognise this? My neice spotted it lying on the drive after they reversed onto the drive. They assume it fell off from somewhere on the Bongo but can't figure out where it might have come from. They have a 2ltr petrol manual front wheel drive (MK2?)

Sorry, don't recognise it. :(

A front wheel drive Bongo Friendee would be unusual, possibly a different Bongo model?

Hopefull someone will know what it its. :)

Sorry, my mistake - it's rear wheel drive 'Aero City Runner' (whatever that is) - year 2000

Looks like an inspection plate, maybe torque converter gearbox or similar

Thanks for the suggestions folks. My neice and her husband have had another good look around underneath but still can't find anything missing. I've emailed the pic to Adrian (Alvos Trading) who looks after my Bongo and I reckon if he doesn't recognise it then it's not off a Bongo! I'll let you know what he says.
