Bristol Dealers (Dodgy)

Last time i bought a bongo there was a dodgy dealer or 2 in bristol.

Are they still around or have they finally been dealt with??

I had to sell my first but am now looking to buy again, hence the query

I believe one was taken to court and found guilty, but identical adverts have been seen since but not many which might mean he has learn't the lesson on changing photographs or maybe he has given up .... be wary out there!
