Been away in Spain so just seen this. Our very first trip in our Bongo, last August, was to Gibraltar Farm - didn't know then that it been the location for a Bongo bash a couple of years earlier. The reason we chose it was that I spent much of my childhood in the fifties and sixties on the Hollins Farm caravan site just up the road, now unfortunately taken over by the Houlgates empire. Gibraltar Farm is a fabulous old fashioned site - but don't tell anyone else, we want to be able to get on there again!

Trying to think when we (Harry) did the first Silverdale meet Ady. Was it 2007? I remember being overtaken by you and Chell travelling up there on the M6 in your ?newly purchased Bewitched Bongo. And to think I still have mine after nearly 13 years. Scary!

Not sure exactly Mike, but your about right. Muz will know, he remembers stuff like that.
Had some great meets there, and some really wet and windy but certainly memorable ones too.
You just come down the rough track on to the site and you just relax, there's nowhere I like better.
Good times.😎
