Morning All
So here is the thing, I was backing up the Bong in the dark and managed to hit the driver's right rear corner breaking the reflector and denting that corner.
Looking to get that fixed and would like recommendations for a body shop to do the work in the Sussex/Surrey area.
(I did drop AVA Leisure a couple of emails but could not get any traction there.)
Many thanks

I've not used them personally, but Bodyworx in Brighton are Bongo experienced and get good comments regarding quality and price.

Sorry to hear that (done the same myself years back) and hopefully its a job any good bodywork place can tackle. I do know (as I fixed my own pretty well) that with careful hot airgun work that the dents can be got out very well. Also, the plastic responds wery well to being welded with a hot knife / soldering iron etc though you need some spare plastic to use as 'solder'
Re: Fender Bender Fixer Upper
When Haydn fixed one at Eastnor Castle a couple of years ago he stitch drilled and used clear cable ties to secure, then melted them in and produced a very fine repair.
These may well be your 'solder' plastic.
Edit: We might have been at the Golden Swan, but he still did a splendid job.

Hello,
Thanks for the replies
Unfortunately this is a bit more damage than just the plastic breaking. Have managed to ding the metal and a bit of rust is also forming.

(Not sure how to add a picture)
If anyone can see it, any idea how much lube I'll need to get this fixed?
Many thanks!

Re: Fender Bender Fixer Upper
Looks pretty minor to me tbh and buying a new lamp unit may cost more than the rest!
