More french regs

Hi there all, just a quick note of some news coming out of france concerning road use in winter.

As of next year, some regions in france will make it compulsory to have winter tyres during the winter months.
Not sure which regions yet or months, but i will post as soon as i have more details.
I do know that if you dont comply, the police will take your vehicle off the road and send you to the nearest garage to have the fitted, which will cost upwards of 400 quid.

So if you're planning a ski holiday in the bongo or just a winter visit, make sure you have those winter tyres fitted, or have lots of cash on you.
