Hmmm not going to comment too deeply but I've been working on an private import which came through them.... like... the IVA and the MOT sorted.... and registered etc.... apparently.... although The dials & Rear Fog light had not been modified/fitted
It's now sorted and serviced and doing well.... I don't know how they managed to circumnavigate the DVLA...

The new speedo face is a fairly easy fit. The trick is lining up the speedo needle which you have to remove to fit the new dial. Lining it up again can be trial and error so is best only gently put back on and omit the clear plastic cover until you've got it right.
You can get white dials or nice aluminium surrounds if that's your pleasure.
