Where do you buy your coolant?

Post by Djembe Maz » Fri Apr 22, 2016 10:01 am

Hi Folks,

This may be a silly question but where do you buy your coolant?
I'm hoping I never need to top mine up but thought it may be a good idea to keep some in the van just in case?

same here
Careful not mix OAT (typically red) with non-OAT (typically blue or green). If not sure I would think it safer to top up with water. If it needs so much topping up that this significantly dilutes the antifreeze it needs looking at.

If you don't know what is already in the system I would recommend that you get Bluecol Universal Clear 5 year , it will mix with anything that is in the system.
