Re: Coolant alarm

Mine has saved my head twice, whenever it sounds your hoping the alarm is faulty but annoying it's always something far worse!

Re: Mattress (or similar) for reversed rear seats

Thanks for that, how did you go about cutting the foam to fit the contours - sounds a tricky enough job!

Mattress (or similar) for reversed rear seats

Hi there, We have the old style bongo with the gullwing rear seats and also have the middle seat reversed. Looking from something to make sleeping "downstairs" more comfortable and don't really want to be dealing with a full on inflatable mattress. Might consider a self-inflating mat (doub...

Re: Parts No Longer Available

Alkers, it's definitely a discontinued item at Mazda Japan and I will add it to the list. However, during my searches I came across a German parts supplier who still had it listed. See https://www.amb-trade.de/part/S10H28012/15-mazda/ Appreciated, I'm nearly sure it's the case of you order parts fr...

Should this be added to the list in that case or are you aware of an alternative supplier or anything?

If you find something let me know...

Re: bushes at rear

I got two of those whole parts from bongo spares recently for about the same money you're looking at for bushings.

Re: Parts No Longer Available

Can you track down part no. 28012A, I've done a forum search and it doesn't appear that it's no longer available but everywhere I've tried is saying it's no longer available from Mazda.

I need two of them!

g8dhe wrote: Mon Oct 05, 2020 10:01 am Nothing listed but might be worth calling Bongospares and Mazdabongo as they seem to have all the other suspension bits available ?
Bongospares can't get them new and all the old ones they come across are perished. Waiting on a response from Mazdabongo.com

Thanks

Top rubber for rear coil spring

Does anyone know where to source the rubber part that goes between the rear coil spring and the cup on the suspension mount? Getting a small bit of rust addressed and these rubbers are badly perished.

Re: Centre console switch panel

Awesome work which I saw on instagram also. If you find you're running down your battery frequently, the attached is apparently a very reasonably priced monitor. You would normally have to pay at least five times that price for something with decent accuracy. I'm waiting on delivery of mine. https:/...

Handbrake cable

The sections of cable that go from the centre pull to each of my rear wheels have corroded. Replacements are mad money online but I've found a local company who are happy to make up replacements once I give them the old ones as a template. Has anyone come across this or attempted to replace them the...

Re: Suspension mounting

Over here the test centres are different to garages so it can be a bit tricky if your mechanic doesn't spot the same issue the tester has. He has sprayed all four coil springs with yellow paint to highlight the bits needing replacement and my garage were going to order four new springs but I called ...
