blocked tank breather is common on bongo's sometimes linked to wearing out the front seal on the fuel pump.

Which year vehicle do you have? changing the bulbs, even with battery trays in the way is usually only a 2 minute job?

think the HID was only a prbelm in Channel islands as far as i was aware? after speaking to few customers who wanted to replace them with standard units/bulbs

Iirc, doesnt the standard kitchen, have a button that you press to make it charge the battery inside the kitchen unit? as in its not a split charge system til the buttons pressed? and they dont use big cables just slightly thicker and with bigger cores. rip it all out n replace it all!! lol

as stated have to wind it over for quite a while, usually with accelerator wide open as you've pretty much emptied the whole fuel system, but usually starts within 30 secs? did you relocate the key on the pulley properly? as i've seen it done before where the pump looks like its located but it pushe...
