Sounds like the electric pop tops are pretty reliable!! =D> =D> Its a question that comes up when a customer purchases a bongo conversion from myself as to the reliability of the pop tops.. Now i am pretty happy to pass on that info... Just a grease up of the runners and maybe take the motors apart ...

Pulled out the rear cup holder plastic housing and reached inside to see the cable had lifted up and away from the holding position.. pushed back into place, but the pull handle still wouldnt quite open the flap.. SO a quick adjustment to the tab that locks into the plunger worked...
