Hi mike im in Australia.. Heres the link anyways... Not sure on the product code..I got the brushes about 3 weeks ago..
Not sure on the product code..im sure you;ll be able to find spares cheaper in Uk anyway..Mine were around $22 for 2 tiny brushes with a bit of wire on them..rip off..lol..

Got the fan working again sweet!!! =D> Turns out looking at the little brushes that they were worn down big time..Hence and good clean up, degrease and lightly wet sand the dirty and rusty bits, replace the Brushes(the bits that connect to the soldered wire) and hey presto good as new!!. Thanks guys..gotta love this forum!! =D> My auto sparky mate, testes the fans on each speed. He said the top speed the fan bypasses the resistors.. looking at it the fans spins by hand.. He put direct power to the fan and nothing, so hes saying its the fan itself and not the resistors.. But im guess...

Hi i have the same dreaded problem..alot around your rocker gasket as is mine and also at the back of the rocker gasket.. I have the wheezing noise coming from the inlet manifold or exhaust manifold..further inspection needed... I would certainly take the advice of torqueing the rocker bolts up and ...

FRont heater fans caputt.

Hi guys..seen a few posts regarding heater fans being intermittant on some digital systems.. I have the old type twisty dial arrangement on my 1995 bongo.. At first the fan speed on 3 and 4 seemed as fast as 1 and 2.. I know it wasnt right as ive had a few bongos now.. Now the fans have stopped work...

What vehicle do you have? If it is a Diesel it wont have a belt.Check and lubricate the universal joints on the steering shaft between the steering wheel and the rack,also check the overall steering components for tightness.Other than that get a pressure test done on the PS system. Power steering pull/hestiation when turning..

Hi guys and gals... A recent problem has arose with turning the Bongo any way and the power steering trying to pull the opposite way,or like an hestiation to aid turning... There is No leaks as i can see and nothing i can hear different when turning... Any ideas on this..thaks in advance..Gav...

I think i found the problem.... All 4 shims on the back of each pad are present on each side... But each metal hanger/shim that is directly above and Below the pads are not..I.E .The 2 are missing from the inner(piston side) ,but the outside 2 above/below the pads are present... I guess this is why ...

o.k chaps,very interesting post an each post has confirmed that same tyres are paramount.. I have 2 bongos... One has Maxxis 751 all round..... 215/75R/15 102S 850KG... And are in good nik... the other tyres on the other bongo that need replacing are Federals(all round) 215/70R/15 98T 750kg... The 7...

hey Tidmo... You say they were the same shape but smaller...which part was actually smaller?? PAd wear side or outer pad edges?? I have had further inspection.. When brakes are applied the knock goes away over bumps..DEfinatly the right front caliper.. Took wheel off and i can move the whole caliper...
