Often the starter can be fixed with a repair kit, available pretty cheap off Flea Bay.

Worth noting the blind switches are identical to the AFT switch.
If stuck you could swap one, and the blinds may be operated manually.

Good advice above, maybe look at a quote form somewhere like Bongo Spares, who will be able to supply and fit a second hand motor, the look at cost of transporting it?
