Might be worth checking the drop links. I had a similar problem, although it wasn't confined to just turn turning in one direction, and it turned out to be just one of the drop link bearings seized up.

dont spray everything, just suspect areas 1 bit at a time, and keep trying the steering as you go otherwise you may stop the noise but never know exactly what was causing it better to find the offending area, just in case it's the start of something that could get worse Wise words. Make sure you use a six-sided socket to get the nuts off. They are extremely tight (mine were anyway) and you can easily round the nuts if you use the twelve notched type.
