Re: Campsite prices..??

We've made it our mission to spend no more than £10 a night for a campsite. We have managed this successfully for two years now, and have stayed on some cracking sites. I too am tied to school holidays for our breaks so getting a bargain can be difficult. We are members of the C&CC and have most...

Re: Camping and Caravan Club

Cheddar CCC was a little busier this weekend!... You know what you are getting with the CCC, but I can't help thinking they've lost the plot a bit with the prices. I thought the price was high at that site, but when I checked....I found why...they are a Franchise site and also they are the most exp...

Re: Camping and Caravan Club

Going to Cheddar in August this year......but....to the Caravan Club site...it's walking distance from the centre of Cheddar itself...... We did the C&CC site a couple of years back....not a bad site at all and the Farm shop down the lane is superb for supplies... ...and the two pubs down the r...

Re: Camping and Caravan Club

We've been members for about three years and have used several sites. Only once have we had to have hard standing (it was very wet) and we've gone without ehu if we've requested it. Although they may seem a tad expensive, the cost of a pitch on many independent sites has increased massively in recen...

Whining sound when accelerating

The Bongo seems to have developed a high whining sound when I accelerate, and it is more or less constant and does not matter how many revs, it is just there and changes witht the general sound of the engine accelerating (sorry - it is difficult to describe!). At first it was only noticible if the a...

Re: Keeping the kids happy - watch movies on the Nintendo DS

Yes, it does allow you to do more than just watch movies. Found a great program to convert dvds/divx/etc to to mobile format, e.g. ipod/iphone/ds/etc. Its called DVD Fab. 1 click conversion and really easy to use. Its on a 30 day trial but enough time to get some films, kids tv, etc for the long jo...

Re: Air con - not working in front

Thanks for the quick reply, it is the fan that appears not to work.
Is it likely to be a fuse if the rear is working (sorry to sound ingnorant, but I am not at all technical :? )?

Air con - not working in front

When the aircon is switched on, it lights up as if it is working however nothing happens except in the rear, which is behaving perfectly.
Is this a job for a bongo specialist or could I trust a local garage with air con expertise?
Thanks
