The fog light is fitted for the mot as its a UK requirement.
The wiring loom behind the blank is if you have low level 'boy racer' front fog lights fitted.

Re: When did Bongos come with airbags?
The 95's rarely have airbags as they were optional, drivers were fitted standard in 97 and the twins in 98.

Re: Please help overheating
agree with above posts, kettle test the rad and check results, and for a quick 'fix' just to check, remove the stat altogether, bleeding bongo's is a fine art.

Re: Head Gasket
Personally i'd try check the cooling system first and make sure that your rad is flowing ok, i've seen lots of bongo's that boil up and act like a head gasket, we've had several brought in for work by the AA and the likes that have failed the dye test and its been nothing more than a blocked rad. A ...

Re: Resistor
oops just re-read your post, the bridge wire was why your air con only works on position 1.
The fuse for the fan is in the box next to thge blower unit and is the 1 next to add fan.
have seen the contacts on the selector dial coroded and just need a good clean.

Re: Resistor
AC will only come on with fan in position 1 so thats normal.
have you checked the fuses under the bonnet? or put a meter on the fan plug to see if there is a voltage? also try spinning the fan motor by hand to make sure its free.

Re: Glowplug light back on
seen lots of cars do this? never given it a thought as light goes out after a few seconds and doesnt affect running, thought maybe it was to do with it being cold and the glow plugs being powered try and improve combustion at lower temps?

Re: glowplugs and fuses
sounds like you've killed the immobliser side of the alarm, did you have the system fitted? give the original installer a call to see if they can do anything for you. An auto electrician could bypass the immmobiliser quite easily but still retain the alarm side of things, maybe call your local mobil...

Re: Leisure Battery Health
The supply current is in relation to the demand, if you have nothing running then the leisure battery will only draw a minimnal current. Inverters by design do draw a fair amount of power. What was the voltage before you turned on the inverter? A 70 amp relay is capable of conducting a constant 70am...

Re: glowplugs and fuses
its possible could have damaged the immobiliser circuit in the alarm, if your kinda handy with electrics then its not impossible to bypass, any auto electrician should be able to do it in 5 mins. Is it an alarm or immobiliser? do you have a model number?(does it lock/unlock the doors?) alarms do, im...

Re: Radio Ga Ga
Head units generally come in either single DIN (180 x 50 mm panel) or double DIN (180 x 100 mm panel) size. The depth is not standardized. The US standard for a DIN radio is 2" x 7" and the Double DIN sized radio is a 4" x 7". Almost all manufacturers conform to the standard so s...

Re: glowplugs and fuses
sounds like the immobliser circuit as they 'cut' the starter and 'ignition' circuit, what brand do you have fitted? is the immobiliser working as it should? ie flashing lights etc? momentary contacts with battery power cause 'spikes', which some immobilisers dont like and kills them :( If you hadn't...

Dash hole is a standard double din, you can get units from any decent supplier, not Halfrauds, they're worse than useless! Lots of fairly decent suppliers on Fleabay, dont always be put off by them being abroad, just be aware you run the risk of having import tax added.

Re: instructions for fitting speedo chip needed
no ones answered how or where in the vehicle? take out your clocks, 4 screws for the surround, 4 for the clocks, on the back of the speedo itself you'll find 3 of the connections, using small ring crimps (soldering isnt nencessary) and from the earlier posted link, crimp, the red, black and grey, rem...

Re: Wiring Car Stereo To Leisure Battery Help Needed Please
what alarm do you have? most have a control output wire that can be ued to ativate a module etc, unless you have a cheap alarm with the simple relay immobiliser then dont touch the immobiliser control bus wire as you'll have a good chance of ruining your whole setup. Check your alarms install manual...
