I bought my filters from repco and told them they were too expensive so they dropped their price to one i was willing to pay,also ive forund that mazda dealers here in NZ are quite reasonably priced fro genuine spare parts so i use genuine now

either do the job correctly and take the mateix to a rad specialist and get it soldered or use a good rad sealant i would reccomend Wurth hp selant as it will seal a 4mm hole(i know as i demo it to garages) and cause no other blockages in the system also it will circulate around the system untill it...

any good autoparts supplier can get them for you, they will need to know what thenght they are and what thread pitch.I work for wurth and we sell them to the garage trade so any garage can get them, i would guess m8 x 1.25 and @50mm

over a period of time thermostats get weak as all mechanical things do.replace it as it made a major difference to mine and many an engine has been ruined by a £10 thermostat

its dead easy on a 4wd mine took all of 15 mins 10mm socket wobble extention drive and your away.do it from underneath tho

the steering shaft is held in place by a notch in the shaft and the bolt that passes through the uj holds it securely in place ,ie it cant come out as long as the bolt is in place .

the engine must be off.Trace the fuel line there may be a manual lift pump elsewhere.There must be something somewhere or else bleeding it after filter replacement would be a arse.You can bleed it by slackening one fuel line to an ejector(ejector end whilst engine running) and i mean only slacken un...

if the belt timing were out the bongo would run like a bag of ...t.Also leaving starting till after the interior light goes out is a waste of time as as soon as the glow plug light goes out there is no more power getting to the glow plugs

its nothing to do with your glow plugs.You have air in the diesel line,bleed the fuel system by loosening the 10mm nut on the side of the filter housing and pump away until there is no more air present and then do up the 10mm nu.Tis should fix it .
