jap dvds are a different region also it will be ntsc,looking at it it looks as though it should be a stand allone unit the other wires could be to plug in to an aditional head unit .if there are no screened wires i would say that it should work with power and earth i had a panasonic screen in th das...

i have the sensor located under the 12mm bolt at the front of the head on the drivers side, just by the temp sender.
It must be a good place as at an indicated 100deg the fans come on,which is the specified temp i think

i assume OZ is like NZ ,Here people will only buy a van if its got TOYOTA on it,Mazdas are seen as a non entity and everyone will tell you that the engines are crap.There are a few places that rent out bongos ,i saw one by aucl kland airport,they had the largest selection of crap i have ever seen do...

Ours is a 1997 V6 automatic, which may be why the engine parts are different, as I am guessing that the Bongo Friendee doesn't have that engine as a common option for those imported into NZ??? If it is only the engine which is different, it would make other parts easier to source. It was a grey imp...

what is your out of the box method, as the 2500rmp way is a pain also ensuring the water level in the funnel does not drop below the bottom is quite hard on your own/

Fan sensor switch

Does anyone know the test values or the temp it swithes for the fan sensor switch which is screwed in to the head below the inlet manifold as mine reached 98deg and still did not come on .unplug it and the fans work.

I should add with the thermostat out mine averaged 40 deg on a run but once stuck in traffic (there is some here in NZ)it chucked the water out at @80deg (ive got a TM2 fitted). the head cannot be retorqued as it has an initial torque up of xxNm then 90deg then another 90 deg so there is no specific...

ive had a simular issue it would de fine for weeks months ,then all the water would come out.Re bleed it when cold and start over again.I also removed the thermostat and lasted 3 months with no issues,then it overheated again,so ive tried all sorts including products which say they will chemicaly we...

young and fit..................im 45. Im using a tM2 and the head has been gone throughout my ownership i think. As to speed having the right tools helps and so does cordless impact guns, and getting tools ready speeds thinks up all you need is 10mm spanner and socket 12 ...............................
