If you mean a replacement wiring harness/loom, then look in the bongo shop - http://www.igmaynard.co.uk/bongo/mercha ... #Electrics

Re: 2.0 or 2.5 Petrol

V6 has a V6 engine (ie 2 banks of 3 cylinders, therefore 2 heads), the 2 litre has a weeny 4 cylinder engine

Re: stalling

I hate to say it, but I'd be very surprised if the oil leak was inidicative of a head gasket going, do they have any experience of bongos? most of them leak oil, usually from the rocker cover or egr, sometimes the cam seal, but very rarely the head gasket. If you weren't losing coolant or having any...

Re: Paint code for the Silver on lower half

I suspect this is highly relevant too, I've seen a few like this, never checked the paint codes though Is it actually paint on the bottom half? Mine appears neat green over silver, but the silver is not paint, it is a protective pvc coating like a thick decal . I have only one paint code, the neat g...

Re: Radiator.

It is usually pretty tough to get out, I usually use a mole grip or similar to grip the hose & wiggle the bung with some pliers, not had to resort to cutting yet on any bongo I've bled.

Re: Fitting a clock

I think it was the Nubira? Simon Jones is the guy that came up with it, he may be along to confirm, or pm him, he may even be able to supply, sure there were threads on it, I thought I'd posted when I fitted mine, but can't find the info :?

Re: Fitting a clock

I fitted the Daewoo one, spent a few afternoons wandering scrapyards & trawling fleabay in search of other options without luck. There is of course the option of fitting the BMW analogue or mazda (626?) digital ones in the spaer slot in the dash if you haven't got a double din stereo taking it up.

Re: Hose fact sheet

Some of us are stuck with 2 litre Bongos how do they compare to the diesel/V6 versions. Thanks Have a look on lushprojects, should give you an idea, It looks to me like more than half are the same from what I've seen before, it's the bits "local" to the engine that seem to be different. T...

Re: Finding Bongo parts in Australia/is it worth the hassle?

Just for tips for us bongo nuts in Australia... Dont bother buying drop links from u.k ebay..they are thin and a bit crap... Pedders matched up mine..They do a universal drop link you can cut down the threaded bar... They were NOT very expensive and the main shaft/bar is ALOT THICKER... 8) They do ...

Re: Help!!

Any Mazda dealer should be able to get you a key sorted from the VIN/chassis number, pretty sure I remember reading the key number is on the lock barrel, but any "proper" locksmith should really be able to sort you out - shouldn't be called a locksmith if they can't, they are just a "...
