I have an android phone and use the free app.... Solar Finder....so when on site and setting up...we try to find a place with maximum sun...if we can of course...although to be fair our set up is great...... and stay with roof down from 12:00 book in until almost dusk...if really low on power(not us...

Brake tear down,lube and adjust and the cv boot are cheap jobs to sort...mostly a labour cost of 2 hrs for both jobs max.... Tyres....well that's down to your local supplier..... as for the corrosion... it's all dependent on how bad it is and exact location.... a good body guy like I have would sort...

We have a Royal brand 3 way ..... haven't used it for a few years but it works fine.... The Waeco is similar to this one.... right here goes... 12v... useless....just a fan whirring away with little chance of cooling it down.... 240v...you have it made as it works well...but... on Gas...these things...

To be honest.....and remember until now I have not had solar to keep my LB charged.... the previous 2 LB's lasted 2 yrs and 2 and a half years respectively....both with 2 yr Gtee's.....so not bothered....the latest is like Francophile's a 4Yr Gtee one which is topped up constantly during the day via...

Worth eliminating the Temp Sensor on the block.... for the cost.... I know many say use the Mazda one ( a denso made job) but the Intermotor one is just as good I've found...

Yes they are RX8's...... Tyres... to match standard inc correct load rating..... 235/45/18.... best value are Nankang's which are 98 rated.....

We tend to use the Wind out most.... we have a Country Road awning...which is good....but the Wind out is favoured....used it Wednesday we got parked up at the site..... wound out the awning,chairs & table out...and the heavens opened... #-o #-o :roll: :roll: But we were dry and the tea was nice...

One quick thing to remember...... the Air Con also uses the Fans.... so factor that into any investigations...

The brake problem could be the caliper guide pins....a bit dry so not allowing the pad(s) to properly clear the disc.... Hoses...worth the usual check on the usual suspects....but they were fine last year as you say... I bet a new set of glowies will sort the lumpy starting... I'd consider a prevent...

yep and the split charge is working fine..... but it would be preferable to go the VSR split charge route but that's a to do....
