Hi I have a rear removable kitchen with a gas cupboard, it came with a 3 inch vent which I cut out into the floor. The point of it is, that LPG gas is heavier than air and if you have a leak it could build up at low level without anyone smelling it for a while which could cause an explosive mixture....

I've got one on my Mazda . It was there when I bought it but it fits perfectly. Hope this helps

Thanks for that. I think I know where I went wrong, which is when the stat opened I didn't give it enough oomph to open the stat fully, when I was doing it the ambient temps were about 1 oc so it needed a bit more revving.

All sorted re bled no fans. Cheers for all your comments
