Re: Please help trouble with garage.

Hi Catbosco,

I would be interested to know which garage as I'm also in Surrey.

Is it on the recommended Garages list?

Will you be at the Bash?

Re: WOOLACOMBE BONGO BASH 11th-13th May 2018 (North Devon)

Unfortunately I have had to cancel my booking to Woolacombe.

Family matters getting in the way.

Hope you all have a great time and this weather keeps up for you all.

See you in another field somewhere, sometime.

Re: rear conversion from bringmeabongo- can it be registered as motor caravan?

Hi and welcome. Back to your original posting regarding number of seat belts. I have a side conversion with 6 seats with belts. Drivers and passenger seats, and in the rear, the original seats have been cut down to 2 seaters, one set facing to the rear and the back seats facing front. So the passenge...

Re: Definition of a "Camping Unit"

Sounds fair to me Ian.

Mainly the people wanting to use the Public footpath, not with the Bongo Bash, were fishermen, and they were pretty obvious due to the fishing equipment, so wristbands should be workable.

Re: Parking Restrictions in Great Yarmouth

You really need to fight this.

If your vehicle is not converted then the parking ticket was issued wrongly.

I can't see how they can win this case. Bongos easily fit into parking spaces and do not take up more room.

Re: Attaching Awning

Do you have an AFT roof? If so there is a much easier way of doing it. If your awning has a channel for a pole in the section nearest to the Bongo, once the roof is up there are 3 metal hoops. Thread the pole, within the awning channel, under the 1st and third hoop and over the middle one. This hold...

Re: Southern Softies Meeting 2017

What a great few days that was. As others have said a really nice site. Thanks again to Ian and Marianne for what they do. Lots of nice first timers, thanks to Stefan and Roger for introducing us to the Bongo cocktail, sat round their great van being warmed by the firepit, and to Mary for her compan...
