Re: DID I TELL YOU ABOUT MY DAY
Oh dear Mike! Glad you got sorted in the end. Mine did the same a couple of months back, rad split around top seam. New one sourced from Advanced radiators at Lemington for approx £65 just fitted it myself. If you need a hand with owt, give me a shout.

Re: Tan Hill Inn
I'll be there, great time last time -5 it was, but not in the pub. In the morning though I was wishing I'd spent a bit less time in there. Gas wouldn't burn properly too for our bacon sarnies due to the cold.

Re: Body Kit - side skirts etc
I still have a set of aftermarket side skirts and rear bumper with skirt that someone is supposed to be collecting but not heard anything for a while. If they don't get in touch I will let you know.

Re: Grille Badge Removal
It is very easy to remove with a soldering iron, just heat up the pegs on the back whilst easing off the badge from the front. Then move to the other one.
To refit just do in reverse, put the badge on then melt the plastic to hold it in place.

Re: Central locking motor
I've just fitted one, from George at Bongo spares, next day delivery. Mine would operate downwards to lock once then wouldn't unlock. when opened up it appears to run very slowly so not enough torque to power the lock up.
Strange set up.

Re: Overheating/coolant boiling after coolant change and bleed
Has anyone suggested a new expansion tank cap. I know mine was fine until it started pushing coolant out the header and it was just a simple cap change. The cap wasn't holding pressure so not allowing the coolant to raise it's boiling point so possibly showing overheating symptoms earlier. I may be ...

Re: These arches any good?
Thanks Jim, they are the correct arches just people no have started calling them Bongo arches. People are fitting them as they are but I stand by my original fitment advice about cutting them and adding an extra 2" piece in the middle to stretch them a little to make them more into a squircle t...
