Re: Any thoughts on easy place to fit an oil temp. sensor?

Well, excuse the crappy picture - not easy to know if it's focused properly - but it gives an idea of what's in the box:- http://img529.imageshack.us/img529/9408/p1000156.th.jpg The square block has an opening on all 4 sides - not sure how you would use it, though. I took the photo out in our conser...

Re: Any thoughts on easy place to fit an oil temp. sensor?

I have bought the set of 3 gauges - this is the oil temp one - eBay item 380115226050 - smoked lens looks cool when switched off. The other 2 are the water temp, and voltmeter - together with a 3 gauge dash binnacle to mount them. These are the instructions for the oil and water temp gauges:- http:/...

Re: Any thoughts on easy place to fit an oil temp. sensor?

"Anyone know where the oil sender is located on a diesel Bongo and whether it would be practical to do as Apole suggests?"

I also would be interested to know where the sender is situated. Anyone?

Re: Eberspacher questions

If it would help anyone considering a diesel heater install, here is a copy of my original 2006 Webasto Air Top 2000S install write-up, which seems to have gone off the end of the Techie Stuff archives. If you're a normal person, and wish to fit a 12v unit, just ignore the relevent switching unit co...

Re: Scavenger fan sensor test
