Took it out for a long run today to Longleat where we were going yesterday and had no trouble. I have not seen the hold button being mentioned as a cause any where on the site so may be worth remembering. the numbers I am getting are

hold light stays on 3 secs
then 7 fast
9 fast
1 slow folowed by 6 fast 16
six slow followed by 2 fast 62
then repeats from 7
