The sliding blind part of the sunroof is attached to the main framework of the sunroof which bolts directly on to the bongo's roof. When I replaced my broken sunroof for a working one I had to remove the roof panel and undo about 10 bolts that hold the whole frame onto the roof. I looked at replacin...

No problem have just binned all the metalwork as its been sat in my garden for 2 years but still have the glass and all the blocks.

The sunroof wont fall out because you have to lift it out of the frame not drop it out. There is a metal plate at one end of the glass to hold it in place. At one stage in its life the oil filler cap could have come off this happened to me and oil was shot all over the engine.

Some mindless yob smashed it just for fun. Got woke up at 3.30am by the police to tell me my window had been put through. All sorted now thanks to ebygum he sent me one of his, fitted it yesterday so no fetching black binbag now

Don't have leccy mirrors and havent checked the ciggie socket will check no8 fuse many thanks Kirsty for a swift reply can always count on you to come up with a speedy response.

No power to stereo or clock
In the process of refitting my stereo and clock as had to remove them when had my window smashed. Replaced the window today and reconnected stereo and clock but I have no power going to either. Any suggestions welcome please.

Just tried to undo my sump plug but it is seized and I am in danger of rounding it off have sprayed penetrating fluid on it. I have a feeling that when it was last serviced a mechanic friend helped me and we used an air gun on it. Obviously I didn't have my Weetabix this morning or a hand held socke...
