Beware the size of a boxed Bongo radiator, I thought they'd sent me a fence panel by mistake!

Re: CUT AND SHUT
I am wondering if you could use down-rated progressive wound springs in the third axle. Or use 4wd Bongo with rear drive disconnected. I did a very crude cut and paste job on an Ebay image and providing you really squint it looks very sexy.. :D The ATF would still need some thought. #-o First attem...

Re: CUT AND SHUT
So is there a front wheel drive option that could be used? then you just use two trailing axles or modify a transit oneBob wrote:What you don't want is a No.3 axle with no drive.
It will take weight from the No.2 and you'll loose drive on all but smooth tarmac.

Club shop for your oil seals or AVA liesure/bongobits.com. As you have the V6 I'm afriad like all V6 owners it seems enevatable that leaky oil seals will rear thier ugly heads eventually. As the work to do the seals is requiring the whole of the front end equipment stripping off, I take it that you...

Re: CUT AND SHUT
Well you could put a double axle in or cut out a mid section out of the donor van welding up the sliding door then slam it in between yours. Not saying it would be easy but worth a punt. trying it with two scrappers first tho'
