All good garages used to have the skills to do all this sort of engineering stuff, Not so sure now though. I reckon that they are few and far between.

Re: Strange Waeco cruise control problem
Yes great aint they.
Shame that the manual does not mention that you need working lamps to have the system working. I tried it out with only one lamp in, no joy.

Well...

Re: Noise when reversing
I had sticking shims on the rear pads, made a squealing when reversing, took them apart and gave them a clean (put a tad of the jolly old copper grease on the shims) with new pads and hay presto. I also had heard crashing and scraping noise when returning fron Woodlands. On stopping for a cup of tea...

Re: Mason Alarm and Engine fans
I have in the last two weeks fitted a mason alarm for piece of mind (I can not believe how easy it was). I have now noticed that my engine fans are running more often (with the ignition on). Is this coincidence due to the hot weather or does the mason alarm have some effect on this? Before fitting ...

Strange Waeco cruise control problem

Tried all the connections and went through the test procedure and still no joy. I found it suddenly working when tak...
