Re: Bash list

The reason we don't ask for forum names at the time of booking is

a) what's the forum?; and
b) that's an unusual name. would you mind spelling that for me?

I'd estimate that 75% of attenders at the Bash don't use the forum.

Re: Volunteer Required (Westbury, Wilts)

I'm talking about full metal replacement arches. The same ones that JohnnieBee had done. See his original post at http://www.igmaynard.co.uk/bongo/forum/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=28359&hilit=Arches&start=15. Here is what they look like. http://www.patnben.net/images/PIC_001.jpg By going furthe...

Volunteer Required (Westbury, Wilts)

I think I have tracked down a company that can supply wheel arches. But to esure an exact match, they need to borrow a Bongo fr a couple of hours, midweek.

Anyone out there fancy doing this? The firm are based in Westbury, Wltshire.

Re: Maintenance class for petrol Bongos

A fact sheet on servicing the V6 will be completed by the end of the month, maybe before. I spoke to the publishers of the owners and workshop manuals last night, and he is keen to get this project moving. He will price up the publication of a V6 manual and get back to me. Minimum order will be 50. ...

Re: Basic Maintainance Classes and Coolant Alarm Fitting

Haydn, the info packs for the Bash were posted yesterday, and the fitting service was mentioned. Give it a few more days, and you might get some more fittings. A Monday cut-off perhaps?

Dodgy Oil Filters

We have had a couple of reports of some oil filters failing under pressure. Until technical assurances have been given, please ensure that you (or your mechanic) do not use Fram filters, part number PH6355.
