Re: Driving in France - Definitive List of Requirements
If you have downloaded the latest speedcams for France from TomTom themselves then you don't have any! Once it became illegal they changed the French file to contain no data.... However you may of course use another source .... However its worse than confiscate the device, see http://www.theaa.com/m...

Re: Climate control - no heat
I've been trying to imagine how on it could have been snapped off! Its not exactly in a place where a foot could kick it, nor does it stick out particularly far to get much leverage on it. As to how to replace, really not sure, it might be easier to get a complete unit from a breaker and replace it ...

Here is a closeup of the lever;
The spindle has a flat and a notch in the flat at the top which the plastic indent catches on.

Re: Climate control - no heat
Not only is the white plastic arm missing, it looks like the spindle for the vane internally has been pushed inside the casing, either that or possibly sheared off ? Are you able to get any pliers on the spindle and pull it back out ? http://www.g8dhe.net/bongo_images/Bongo0052_zps37a57408.jpg Other...

Re: FUSE BOX MOD
The usual mod is to use the Willinton kit & loom in conjunction with a L/B. If your looking to just switch them over to a continuous supply from the S/B then yes you would need to modify the back of the fuse panel -I warn you its not so easy the little links that run behind linking the common to...

Re: Broken fuel gauge
There is no electrical difference between Petrol and Diesel gauges and lush projects reports the same part number so can't see why there would be any real differences.

Re: Wiring blinds and other to leisure battery
On the assumption that the charger has a current trip or internal fuse, then the "in-line" fuse should be close to the battery, in which case there is no problem in re-wiring it so that one fuse in say a block of 6 is fed from the battery, the other end is common to all the fuses and the f...

Re: Climate control - no heat
I'll take a look at ours tomorrow and see what shape it is. - Just looked as I already had some photo's and its the same as in the photo earlier two single arm's on on the actuator and one on the spindle itself rather than the "rocker" like piece in the diagram I do agree the part in the p...

Re: How to wire a tap and pump to a 12v plug
Well not a route I would recommend myself but if you look at the plug, there will be a outer spring clip that makes connection to the outer body of the socket - this is the -ve or chassis connection. Within the plug from the tip you will have a fuse holder and the other end of the fuse holder is whe...

Re: How to wire a tap and pump to a 12v plug
Is this part of a conversion that already exists ? Do you have a Leisure Battery (L/B) ? Do you haver a permanent 12 volt source already in the area where you want to install either the pump or the switch ? You say you have a 12v plug - do you mean a cigarette lighter plug ? The actual wiring is qui...

Re: Climate control - no heat
There seems to be a couple of variations, which year is you vehicle or better still go to the root of the Lushprojects http://lushprojects.com/bongopartsmk2/ and choose the year / version the particular page is under Body and Interior and is then under Heater Components. I notice that some years don...
