That's a shame, but I guess they're covering themselves by stating the facts as they know them to be. At least they replied.
Members experiences with fuel may be different, as we all know that some haven't (yet) reported any problems, using E10 in some models.

It's not mechanically difficult, it's just takes time. Make sure a replacement tent is a match for yours, there are a few different sizes. It's so sad, she had such zest for life, enthusiasm for all things Bongo, knowledge of many subjects and was a great listener. We will miss her. I'm so glad to be able to add that her two very much loved GSDs have been rehomed.

A few blustery blasts here too in Devon. Not too bad, tucked in here in the SW, north Cornwall seems to have it worse than me.
