Re: Wiring Car Stereo To Leisure Battery Help Needed Please

if you check your stereo's they normally have an off button or holding down the source/power button for several seconds will power them down, worst case scenario pulling off the front will turn it off, 99% of all major brands of stereo can be switched off, reading your book of destructions will show...

Re: central locking wires

The factory fitted motor in the drivers door (if you have 1!) is controlled by the red and green wire from the unit, the blue and black are power. Even accessing the factory wiring for standard central locking wont help you UNLESS you have an actuator/motor fitted as most Bongo's only have single po...

Re: Leisure Battery Health

you'll always see a difference in voltage as the resistance from the wires and contacts causes a slight drop, typically I would expect to see a bit less, about 0.1v but dependant on your circuit type and contacts etc 0.4v isnt too bad. You cant really tell the state of a bettery wtih a meter as i've...

Re: Coolant is vanishing without a trace!

The main engine inlet hose is prone to rubbing n opening a tiny pinhole that only allows fluid escape once the engine/coo...

Re: central locking wires

unless you have factory fitted RCL then you dont have a motor in the drives door, so you accessing the vehicles wiring will only end in tears, configure your unit as direct motor control and add a motor to the drivers door, takes 30 mins.
