The fuse is under the bonnet, in the plastic box near the main vehicle battery. Flip it open and look for the bank of 6 fuses. The one for the heating is second ffrom the right, 30amp.

We are on the case. The server was rebooted. But some people when trying to log in are receiving an error message that the "submitted form was invalid". Rebecca who is delaing with it at our IT partners, has said she could only get in if she deleted all cookies. Investigations continue.

I've double checked and all seems OK this end. But my IT guys were due to do some upgrading Thu/Fri. Try again tomorrow and let me know what happens.
