Oh Bob behave !
This is a serious post
While the struts were very well wrapped in bubble wrap the packaging was damaged and I'm wondering it the ball joints fell out .
Thanks

Re: Replacing Bongo roof struts - How to - DO NOT DELETE

Hello all In the middle of doing a few jobs on the bus at the minute , this going to be one of them . Re: Bus not starting after short spell running !

Thanks again for your input gents , it's really helps I'm going to try and remove the brown insulation using a Stanley knife to see if I can simply clean the corrosion , depending on how bad it is , then reattach it .what do people think of this approach ? Would the end of one of your fuseible links...

Re: Bus not starting after short spell running !

Thanks for getting back so quickly Geoff Just To be clear the male part , on the relay , is perfectly clean , it's the female connector on the cable which has the green corrosion . I can see the corrosion from underneath but can't tell how far it goes in ? I'll try and get a new connector if I can ,...

Re: Bus not starting after short spell running !

Thanks for those posts gents , that sealed tool looks interesting Bob ! If it is the coil thats the problem does that mean , for the likes of me , that I'm replacing the relay ? I assume it is ! I'll try and check the earth this evening , under the passenger seat you say ? Thanks again I'll see how ...
