Trouble is that it is a slow degridation of the component rubber between the cone and the outer rim, i just noticed one day that my front speakers sounded poo.

Got all the hall marks of the camshaft oil seal like mine had, £3 for the seal :D and about £200 of labour, :cry: get the cambelt changed at the same time :wink:

Cold start idle screw needs adjusting, 10 min job with a 10mm spanner and a flat blade screw driver, do a search on Barack Obama and all will become clear, if you pm me I'll forward you my number and talk you through it .

Also by using 3mm mdf it stops the new speaker grills from fouling the door card recess 8)

Looks a tidy installation... 8) I'm pleased with it, the problem is when you pull the grills off it leaves 3 unsightly holes, so with the door panels off i drew around the grills onto 3mm mdf cut them out with the jigsaw then held them in place and drew the speaker cut out from the inside drilled a...
