Finally finished the inner arch the welding is not that pretty combination of galvanised panels and upside down welding but it’s strong and once the seam sealer and under seal is applied it won’t notice plus it’s underneath onto the rear xmember next then down the other side 701DFF4E-EF5C-4AA8-A6E4-...

I have done away with the rear heater unit running all those pipes especially the water ones seems like a problem waiting to happen hoping to run a bit of trunking from the front heater/air con and connect into the head level vents to blow some heat or cold for the second class occupants in the back...

I would imagine if you’re leaking from that pipe your air on won’t work front or back. I would be super surprised if ordering a new one is possible would it be worth finding where the pipe is leaking from and solder a sleeve in

got a battery for the tester and my sensor reads 1298 i think between 800-2000 is the norm so should be ok :D

Connectors arrived today bit disappointed they are slightly smaller so I ran a Stanley between the 2 pins and slid a Packer in between and it fits I’ll put a dab of silicon around the water sealing seal when it goes on for good got some photos 0BA46C45-83E4-40CE-A8F6-71F551F3940B.jpeg 62581F83-983E-...

I’m going bmw you’ve obviously got a petrol mines a Diesel, engine And box is all in still needs all the wiring sorting and exhaust shouldn’t be to much aggro but I’m sorting out rust issues now sills arches etc
