so do I. with a large enough canopy a popup toilet tent can be fitted in.
With practice refiitng isn't a problem.
PS i also have a fiamma F35 fitted, but not used as often as the drive away.

Re: new tax rates

No I wasn't thinking of selling it but repatriating it to a son, but which one, the one with a licience or the one with wander lust and no ab...

Re: Rear bike rack

have a search for bike and rack there is a plethora of posts. Not a mention of thule (tool) in my memory. Be prepared to see lots of pictures that don exist anymore but the fiamma numbers will be important. Fiamma and MUZ maybe a fruitful search as he's written several times.

Re: Mattress topper for outback with middle seat conversion?

I have the same conversion as you, but without the centre seat swivel. Are you able to recline the front seats in order to provide extra bed length? we use https://www.worldofcamping.co.uk/outwell-box-single-airbed with a std reverse mid seat (moded rail) gives a long 1.9m where i need it fits/store...

Re: Regular & Premium Petrol comparison

Very interesting Geoff and you are left to wonder what the difference is. I suppose there's a possible long term benefit of one over the other but it might be even harder to establish! You'd soon notice the difference if you ran a performance car designed to use higher octane fuel. My mate had a Su...

Re: 240v hook up

An interesting connector. I used the standard in line connector with a 2 way shed rcd box mounted behind the starter battery. allows for entrance of cable via front grill. eg https://www.ebay.co.uk/sch/i.html?_from=R40&_trksid=p2047675.m570.l1313.TR0.TRC0.H0.X2+Way++Mini+Consumer+Unit.TRS0&_...

Re: 100c seen twice on the temp gauge

There is not a problem fitting a Coolant sensor inside the engine,it can be achieve quite simply in many ways,as a lot of peeps have stated the Doctored gauge is useless ,this is one opertunity to fit the new sensor/sender into the useless gauge position. made me think I use DS18 temperature sensor...
