Re: heaters blowing cold

I'm experiencing the same problem. I had my head renewed and have had persistent over heating problems since. The drop in cab temp in my case has been swiftly followed by the temp gauge rising so remain very vigilent. I strongly advise you go back to whoever did the head. Did they bleed the system ...

Re: heaters blowing cold

That is not usually a very good sign! Especially after having had a head done, it suggests that there is an air block, stopping the coolant getting around the heater matrices, its air blocks that cause the head to overheat ...... The other possibility is that the heat flap isn't operating, check th...

heaters blowing cold

My heaters are blowing cold air at me not hot :?
I'm not very up on all this but as I've just had the head done I thought the heaters would be blasting warm air at me on these cold nights on Anglesey
Any ideas?

National Bongo Day Anglesey

Well as far as I'm aware there's only me on Anglesey so maybe a lonely meet

BUT if anyone is this way that day I have a drive with room for a few bongos with a fab view, I can make a brew and have toilet facilities !

Re: Anglesey

I've not stopped on many campsites on Anglesey but can link you to two I have stopped at which were good. Beaches there's lots, if you go to the Anglesey Coastal Path you could do the lot, it's only 125 miles  http://www.visitanglesey.co.uk/en-GB/route_descriptions_and_maps-117.aspx but serious...

Re: Coolant pipes

update on my bongo, Ian Taylor has been fantastic, the head's been done, he put new boots on the front as the ones I had I couldn't drive back to Anglesey on  he's changed the gearbox oil and sorted the exhaust as it was blowing, picking it up Monday after lunch which happens to be my birthday...
