Re: Rattling noise
Maybe the rubber bonding is splitt apart, rattles when cool, the as it spins the 2 rubber coated surfaces get hot and tacky and improve the drive.
Maybe.
Look for a how to fix etc link by author (me) it shows how they can fail.

Re: Identify coolant pipe
I cannot remember right but looking at the pick I don't think they would put a rubber hose just inches away from the exhaust, so I think it is a bodge repair to the steel pipe that maybe should be there, that's why you poss cannot locate the hose.
Just guessin.

Re: Front ARB drop links and rear ARB bushes
Do the job while it's well supported but in the air, then do the final tightening while it's on the floor.
Support well as your under the middle and will be pushing and pulling.

Re: Front ARB drop links and rear ARB bushes
Rear bushes can be pain, and need tightening when the load is on the suspension. Getting them off can be the problem, one of the bolts goes through so if it breaks it can be replaced easily, the other isn't and can break off and need drilling out/through to put a new bolt in. Lube with a release age...

That's what I did on mine before I went stainless, a good spray up when new with high temp paint, it did last a tad longer but not by much.

Just to be accurate,
Was it a wide rose for two to stand under, or a partly blocked rose that took a while to empty or a very large can.
