Re: Can't select HOLD
I should add that last week I removed the centre console to do a bleed after bypassing my rear matrix following coolant loss. I wonder if I may have disturbed the blue wire to the HOLD as I also decided to trace some of the wires/cables left over following the conversion which are routed under the c...

Re: Can't select HOLD
The fuse I blew is the 10A one in the top left as I view it from the driver's position. Embarrassingly it blew because I was fiddling about with the old courtesy light wiring (I have an after market roof and looking to install LED lighting to the sidestep). Regrettably and stupidly I didn't disconne...

Can't select HOLD
Can anyone advise please - i'm not sure if it's a coincidence but I blew no.1 fuse yesterday so replaced it - driving the bongo this morning I heard some transmission whine and thought I would switch the HOLD on/off just to see if it was related. However HOLD doesn't appear to work anymore. Hoping I...

Re: Help - rear heater matrix bypass
Right gents thanks for the advice - all done and dusted (well ... bled and run round the block a couple of times, fingers crossed it'll be good for a good while !).
I'll get some photos posted tomorrow.
Cheers

Re: Help - rear heater matrix bypass
Thanks Simon & Tallbongo I did see both of your previous postings but just a little nervous having not fully followed through the schematics in my haste to get things done. I think the position of the bleed hose in the pictures you had received by another member confused me too - I thought I was...

Help - rear heater matrix bypass
Hi All I've read through some of the other threads regarding bypassing the rear matrix but I'm having a bit of trouble identify routes on my V6. Is it simply a case of connecting this from the drivers side (first photo I'VE GOT THE TITLES WRONG WAY ROUND THOUGH) Shows a hose pushed on to rusty pipe/...

Re: Dipping has begun
Thanks Carl - thought it would probably be asking too much for the step but thought I'd ask just in case

Re: Dipping has begun
Carl - would the finish be durable enough for the sliding door step in terms of scuffs and flexing with weight etc ?

This is an image of my TM4. There was a thread on this but I think it may have been deleted as I can't find it.

Re: Standard tyres V6

Re: Standard tyres V6
Thanks Simon They're as the sticker 215/70r. So I guess this means the overall diameter and hence rolling circumference of my fronts are currently larger than rears (?). I assume that Going from 80s to 70s on the fronts will reduce the rolling circumference and hence increase the speedo reading ? - ...

Standard tyres V6
Want to put my original alloys on the van a (V6) but fronts need replacing - they are 195/80 as shown on the sticker in the door shut. Despite the details on the sticker a tyre place insisted these weren't standard bongo tyres and that they only fit 195/70 to bongo fronts. I see many posts on here r...

Re: Anyone with Plasma Dials
Mine produce a high pitched whine when on blue at brightest setting. The whine is reasonably well masked when the engine is running (V6) unless I listen out for it. As an acoustician I thought it might wind me up but to be fair I haven't really thought about it for a while !
