I also have the flat battery syndrome,alarm radio central locking etc,I fitted a battery isolator.Just passed it's MOT this week no problems

Hi and happy new year.I had them made by a local company that specialise in garage forcourt signs.I can ask them if they will do mail order as you seem to be around 130 miles away.They can do any design then cut and mount on backing its then up to you to remove old and fit new.Unless you are prepare...

Thanks for your advice on this topic.I have now replaced front discs and pads with replacment parts from SDN Braking, Spec exceeds oem .The fronts on inspection showed signs of being stood for a period of time, and pitting to the rear disc faces.The rears showed similar marks and slight pitting but ...

Sorry I don't know what brand existing brakes are,they appear to have turned black by being stood and rusting then being polished by use, it is used as a second car,I will have a good look at them when removed.It may be they can be dressed with a linishing belt and new pads fitted,but at around £200...

Discs and pads

Hi all, It's time to change front and rear discs and pads.They show no drastic wear or grooving, but have turned a nice black colour( most likely from lack of use and have glazed the pads too) So what brand do you all recomend.The Bongo is a 1997 2.5 TD tin top.

Yes fli F15 speakers went straight into the plastic mounts they also do a direct replacment for the rears .

Hi I used some FLI FI5 130mm 180w Coaxial Three Way Car Door Speakers,They come with leads and fit in space where the old speakers lived. 230520218413 was the EBAY item number.Easy to fit and sound ok.I also fitted a 12" powered sub in the space behind last row of seats,that sorts the lack of b...

Yes it's a terminal job on the 2.5 td.If you give a bit more info you may find more info,ie van type motor type etc
Have a look in the fact sheets(you will need to join the club) and there is one for changing 2.5 td belt

Hi I am doing the same job as you can you tell me where you routed the cable and sender unit.IE through a grommet or drilled through bulkhead etc.
