Hi fuel gauge broken, any tips on repairing Is it a major job? Also is fuel gauge checked on mot?

Don't know any campsites that are specifically bongo un-friendly! If your looking in Hampshire then most sites are around new forest ranging from basic up to full facilities with clubhouse swimming pools etc.

Lake district must dos!
Going to lake district end of July for just over a week. Got the campsites booked but as this is our first time going hoping for some tips, e.g must do', good drives, drives to avoid etc.
4 of us going kids 11 and 8 and taking the bikes.

Lever next to air scoop?
Hi just noticed under bonnet next to air scoop (big black plastic bit ) that you take off to get to rad cap that there is a lever that can be moved between 2 positions, anyone know what this doesand should you move it t all, maybe a summer and winter setting or something?

Car was on drive which was fortunate, but yes they did bleed the system amd the guy was telling me about importance of removing all the air. Then ran the engine for a good while until warmed up to ensure bottom hose was getting warm and coolant was circulating, so hopefully done a reasonable job. Te...

Cheers for reply, i'll print off factsheet as you say to take in..he has been named on the forum as being used previously and fuuny enough has been my mechanic on various motors over last 12 years or so...so hopefully ok.

Will do, had been thining about ordering one but not got round to it yet. Thne hose split at the weekend, luckily on drive not whilst driving, however has now made my mind up to get this done sooner rather than later. Ordered new hose to arrive from Fury shop tomorrwo and mechanic fitting on monday....

Thanks for replies. Strange thing is wife's citroen c3 lost all water last week and ended with new rad fitted on Friday, due to corrosion. We were saying was ironic that given all the coolant issue with bongo was the citroen to go now it's doubly ironic I suppose, although not funny or cheap :( Oh w...

Coolant dumped on driveway!
Came out and coolant dumped on driveway,none left in header tank. Had nipped to shops earlier in morning and ok? Hoping it's just a split hose if so could RAC(have home cover) repare this? If not how would I get it to the garage for repair? Was planning to go to Cardiff on tuesday so lucky it's happ...

Stayed in a static couple of years back in Saarbug, lovely pretty town and campsit was on top of hill with a chair lift from campsite to village. Went with canvas holidays s o check their website to see if takes touing, fairly certain it did. Day trip from their to trier again very nice and in right...
