Factory fit sensors
Im looking to move the live feed for my corner sensors, due to them being perminantly on when my Willinton kit is connected. Any ideas where i could take a feed from so they only activate when the ignition is in the next position on from acc? Also i dont want to break the switch when prising it out,...

Rewired as per instructions with live feed from fuse number 16
Volts across battery 12.65
Volts ign on 12.63
Engine running 13.92
Volts between sensor screw head and earth
Across battery 0.65
Ign on 8.65
Engine running 9.98
Volts across battery 12.65
Volts ign on 12.63
Engine running 13.92
Volts between sensor screw head and earth
Across battery 0.65
Ign on 8.65
Engine running 9.98

If the alarm chirps/flashes when you turn the key before starting....it is fine..... The clue might lie here.... Quote.....Coolant alarm chirrups as normal when ign first turned on and waiting for glow plug light to go out. All normal . Now after the engine has started the alarm is constantly sound...

Dont get me wrong, im not rubbishing anything. Im just trying albeit frustratingly to get it sorted.
So by it chrirruping means its working okay how does it explain the constant sounding?

dome-e- my willinton is currenly disconnected as is my coolant alarm. Til i get to the bottom of the bloody thing keep going off its going to stay that way. Didnt see your pic but would be interested in seeing it. To recap: New starter battery fitted (correctly) no fiddling/moving coolant alarm wire...

Just cleaned the screw, topped up lost coolant. Usual chirrup on starting then constant alarm sounding still... I havent done anything wiring wise yet (move the feed to ign only) only replaced a duff starter battery. Off to Cornwall next weekend so would either like it working again or find a way of...
