Re: Improving standard cabin bed comfort - self inflating ai

We sleep on 2 single self inflating mattresses in the roof, easier to manage than a double. We have always been very comfortable on them.

Re: Maybe a Problem?

fitting my low coolant alarm was the first job I did when I got my Bongo after reading all the threads on here and how happy am I that I did. It gives me peace of mind every time I start the car but best of all it went off after I had been shopping, it was parked in the rain so there is no way I wou...

Re: Brake light bulb

I have learnt so much about maintaining my Bongo in the 18 months I have had it, it's more part of the family than a car!!!!lol. We have lots of fun in it with the Grandch...

Re: Removing Decals

I did mine with a hair dryer and then used a Mr Mucle airesol oven cleaner and scraped it off with a credit card. Worked really well.(read it on here somewhere) Didn't try to remove the roof ones though as I heard they were more difficult.

Re: Coolant Alarm "WINTER BEEP"

Thanks, I had noticed in the last couple of days when it has been really cold that the beep seemed longer but I thought I was just being neurotic. I have just had the coolent flushed and refilled by the man locally who has always done my cars and he followed the instructions to the letter. That was ...

Re: Bodiam Castle, East Sussex, Our Maiden Voyage

Just seen the post about the Proms at Battle, really good fun if you are around at that time. Lucky you had the roof up when the keys got locked in. I remember my Son doing that at my Brothers wedding to the car, not a Bongo. We had to pinch a bit of wire off a fence and put it through the tiny crac...
