I'm not sure there are many other options that would compl...

Back to Bongo?

Hi everyone, we had a Bongo before, but traded it for a full motorhome, now we have got a caravan but we miss having a van for days out so we are thinking of getting another bongo. Does anyone know if the petrol Bongos comply with the London ultra low emission zone? Also what sort of MPG do they giv...

I have a trick so as not to get caught. I keep to the speed limits, this has the added bonus of really pissing off people behind

Re: Anaesthesia for old dogs

Our 15 year old toy poodle had an anesthetic when the vet tried to put his dislocated hip back in,they put in a drip to keep him hydrated and he was fine (apart from his hip which never worked again)

Re: Passenger Elec Mirror & window not working...Advice??

Hi guys Yes. I've flicked the Toggle. No joy. After reading up on here I did suspect the loom. I have a voltmeter. Just wondering how to use it to find the problem Thanks Try moving the loom about (wiggling) if it starts to work you know it's the loom, this could be on the drivers door or passenger...

Re: Dead engine :-(

If you do repair it make sure you find the cause of coolant loss, don't just fit the engine or you may have more problems.

Re: Dead engine :-(

If the rear window steamed up, it sounds like a rear heater leak which will have drained the coolant and finished the head. You may be lucky and that's all but it is still £2000.

Good luck

Re: Random electric windows problem.

It will be exactly as Jaylee says I've had this with the central locking on more than 1 occasion see http://www.igmaynard.co.uk/bongo/forum/ ... =3&t=48843

Good luck

Re: CAT 1 Alarm/Immobiliser and DAB Radio Recommendations

We have a Hornet cat 1 alarm immobiliser it operates the central locking and the inside sensors can be shut off, also we leave the ignition key in the lock when camping so we can operate the blinds but the bongo cannot be started without the fob. Had it over 2 years and it has been fine.

Re: MPG on Diesel 4wd

I have found on a run, driving sensibly, I can get 29 MPG but when I'm towing my trailer and the Bong is fully loaded for camping it drops to 24. I have not been brave enough to check what it does around town
