Help

Hi , I'm in need of help again , my passenger switch was not working and the drivers side has also trouble. Anyhow I have had an investigation took the driver side switch apart put it back together and the window automatically opened ! Now won't shut . How do I manually shut the window ?????? :shock:

Thanks northenbongolow Think we have left coolant to get a little low and perhaps caused an airlock just wasn't aware that it could vent out at the expansion tank. Since its overheating tantrum I have bled it and unable to find any leaks so far so good , bled using funnel and bleed pipe as have alwa...

Morning bongo boffins I am after picking somebody's brains over a coolant leak on my bongo , here's the story - wife phoned that the van had overheated and there was water dripping just behind the passengers side front wheel she topped up and limped home, on inspection the wasn't anything obvious so...

Thanks for all he info guys going try the Norma clamps , if all else fails might change the rad doesn't look to big of a job . :shock:

Just out of interest anybody changed all the hoses to silicon. :?:

Hi thanks for the replies it is the metal tube on the bottom thinking it may be damaged ? I read that jubilee clips aren't suitable as the don't seal in a perfect circle ?? Going try the type with the bolt to see if they work better ?

Hi all, I have been fighting with a dripping hose at the bottom of the rad for a while now , changed the hose but seem to get the same leak but not as severe (for a while ). Question is Are jubilee clips suitable for these hoses ( original clips long gone ). If not what do you use? Or anything that ...

It is a bad seal so will try the hylomar, it has two jubilee clips on and it's a new pipe but still dripping .

Rad hoses

Hi guys,

Just after a bit of advice I have had a small leak on the bottom hose on the rad, after changing the hose there is still a small leak coming from the hose. #-o

Question is , Can there be some kind of sealant used when replacing these hoses?? :roll:

Hi, We have a is fizzing sound coming from the exhaust, it tends to kick in at 3k revs , thought it was a blowing exhaust but had it checked out and he guy says that it is the flex which is fitted in the middle section making the noise but is fine and doesn't need changing , anyone else have this no...

Rear blowers not blowing

Hi Folks,

Need some advice :?

The rear blowers have now stopped blowing ,checked fuses ( I think ) and have pressed the button which sends control to the back , on the control panel all the lights are on but no luck , the front heaters are fine #-o

Any ideas????
