I've seen recommendations for MDH. Also for Bodyworx in Brighton and Hamworthy Body Shop. No idea how close any of them are to you.

Re: Replacing Fuel pump seals (with pics) *DONT DELETE*
As an update to Dandys great post on replacing these seals. These are the ones that commonly leak. A word of caution, around 30-40% of the time, other seals fail after replacing these. But that does mean 60-70% of the time, they don't. You can now buy a couple of different seal kits from Bongo Land ...

Re: Oxygen sensor compatibility
As a garage I use the standard parts on customers Bongos. As you said - some are ludicrous price. But they are reliable. (I warranty my work so need that reliability.) Also if the part fails before it should, the supplier will generally replace it. Over the years, I've trialled some of the cheaper p...

Air Hose FEMJ13752 no longer in production. Its the one thats wider at one end than the other. It fits the air intake pipe on the 2l. Although several sites list it, none can obtain it.

That'll be hard to find. Is it something that could be printed with a 3D printer? I don't know much about 3D printing but have seen various small accessories that have been printed on them.

Re: V6 cranking but not starting - run out of ideas!
What do people think - is a replacement unit a sensible move? If so, any tips on what I should be looking for or what questions I should be asking? Of course buying a used engine comes with plenty of risk so I appreciate that there is no way I can be sure that I'll be getting something of quality. ...

The original crossmembers are only spot welded. Bongos were not originally designed to tow, so worth strengthening.

Only thing I found was that after logging in, I had to click on your 'enable cookies' at top of page, before I could reply to a post. Not had to do that before. Not a problem but might confuse some.

You don't need a Bongo specialist to weld your Bongo, just a competent welder. Someone should be able to recommend one in your part of the Midlands.
