Help! Coolant loss from header overflow in austria
Waiting assistance on road side. We juts finished a steep climb and pulled over. Engine fan kicked in and after a couple of mins I noticed a leak start from the header tank overflow. It's cooled off now and I think it only leaked a bit. What shall I tell mechanic? He may just top it up and send me a...

Re: Is this an exhaust manifold issue?
In terms of a temp heat shield for the alternator, do I need to be careful of using conductive materials, ie I have a disposable flexible aluminium cooking pan I might be able to shape and cut.

Re: Is this an exhaust manifold issue?
Great stuff thanks. How does a bold head disappear like that? I don't fancy my chances getting this fixed in France, plus I'm on bit of a schedule. I'm thinking ill get it sorted back in uk in 6 weeks. Until then ill putty it up and pray it holds up. I think I've been hearing it for about 6 weeks an...

Re: Is this an exhaust manifold issue?
Cancel that I've managed to upload them to my Dropbox Apologies for my ignorance but I'm not sure exactly which bolts I'm looking for but the squeal definitely comes from the left side of the silver shield thing. Advice based on the pics much appreciated. 1. https://www.dropbox.com/s/uusr5su1crgz670...

Re: Snapped rear anti roll link in Portugal, parts?
I can send you one, no problem, just phone the office. There are various postage options available, but BE WARNED we will only offer this service to paid-up members of the club. After all you wouldn't phone the AA if you weren't a member, would you? But you might be able to source one locally. The ...

Snapped rear anti roll link in Portugal, parts?
Hi
Just realised I've snapped the linkage left rear. Question is, would this part be available on the continent given its from a bongo, in other words do other vehicle makes use the same links? If not I guess I need to order one online and have it courier over?
Thanks for your advice
