Both the AA and the garage have done carbon tests on the fluid... and say it's fine... and the garage did overnight pressure tests too.

Ok, got round to trying to bleed my coolant yesterday - found it was erm.. mucky and a bit sludgey so did the old run a hose through the system for ages and ages... all went well, now got some nice orange coolant in there - much easier to see in the expansion tank! Now when bleeding (see saw) I get ...

Erm I might be being daft - but is one or more pot not getting compression? ie head or valve problem or possiblly leakage around a plug?

Can anyone advise - got this coolant loss problem - wondering if it is safe / advisable to drive the bongo without the tray for a bit? It's going to be a pain taking it off, putting it back, taking it off, putting it back....
